Founding GM terms.
The Founding GM tier is a one-time payment for lifetime access to GM Pro features. The word "lifetime" here is the part lawyers care about, so here's exactly what it means:
- "Lifetime" means access for as long as Altiplano Labs LLC continues to operate the Storywright service. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, and it does not transfer to a new owner of the account.
- If Storywright is discontinued, materially changed, or sold to another operator, Altiplano will give Founding GMs at least sixty (60) days' advance notice via the email on file, plus a full JSON export of all your data before the change takes effect.
- Outside the standard 14-day refund window, Altiplano is not obligated to refund any portion of the Founding GM payment if the service is later wound down. We will, however, give you the data and the runway to migrate.
- Founding GM access is tied to the original purchasing account and is not transferable.
- Founding GM access may be revoked for violations of the Terms of Service (e.g. harassment, hate speech, willful service abuse). Revocation for cause is not refundable.
These Founding GM terms sit alongside the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this section is more specific (e.g. on "lifetime"), this section controls for the Founding GM tier.
